Description
Levacide Injection
- Levacide injection is a broad spectrum levamisole containing anthelmintic for use in the treatment and control of nematode infections in cattle and sheep.
- A clear yellow solution, free from visible particles.
- Levacide injection should be used in cases of parasitic gastroenteritis and lungworm caused by mature and developing immature forms of those organisms sensitive to treatment with levamisole hydrochloride.
- Levacide injection available in 500ml bottle.
Dosage Rate
- Should be administered by subcutaneous injection.
- 1ml per 10kg bodyweight.
Withdrawal Period
- Meat and offal – 14 days.
- Not authorised for use in animals producing milk for human consumption.
