Description

Tramazole 2.5%

• Tramazole 2.5% w/v is a broad spectrum multi-purpose anthelmintic containing Albendazole 2.5% w/v.
• Used for the control of mature and developing immature forms of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, tapeworms and adult liver fluke in sheep and cattle.
• Tramazole 2.5% w/v is ovicidal and will kill fluke and worm eggs, thus reducing pasture contamination.
• Tramazole 2.5% is available in 1L, 2.5L and 5L.

Dosage:

• Cattle – Worm Dose – (7.5mg Albendazole per kg) 15ml tramazole per 50kg bodyweight.
• Cattle – Fluke & Worm Dose – (10mg Albendazole per kg) 20ml tramazole per 50kg bodyweight.
• Sheep – Worm Dose – (5mg Albendazole per kg) 2ml tramazole per 10kg bodyweight.
• Sheep – Fluke & Worm Dose – (7.5mg Albendazole per kg) 3ml tramazole per 10kg bodyweight.

Withdrawal Period:

• Cattle – Milk – 60 hours after treatment.
• Cattle – Meat & Offal – 14 days after last treatment.
• Sheep – Milk – Not for use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.
• Sheep – Meat & Offal – 4 days after last treatment.
