Mixing Rate and Feeding Instructions

Calves

• Optimum feeding rate 450g per calf per feed.
• Gradually mix 450g to 1.6 litres of warm water.
• Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
• Feed immediately.
• Feed entire mixture to calf as soon as possible after birth.
• Feed via teat or where necessary via a stomach tube ensuring all feeding equipment is clean.

Lambs

• Gradually mix 25g (use level scoop included) into 100ml of warm water.
• Mix until dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
• Feed as soon as possible after birth.
• Feed via a teat or via a stomach tube ensuring feeding equipment is clean.
• Repeat as necessary.
