Description
Univet Multidose Fluke & Worm Drench
- Univet Multidose fluke & worm drench is used for the treatment of roundworms, lungworms, mature fluke and immature liver fluke in cattle and sheep.
- Univet Multidose is a combination product for the treatment and prevention of common nematode parasites of cattle and sheep (including lungworm – Dictyocaulus spp.) and the liver fluke (Fasciola hepatica).
- Univet Multidose is active against Fasciola hepatica (mature and immature larvae over 8 weeks of age), Nematodirus sp., Dictyocaulus sp., Ostertagia sp., in cattle and sheep.
Univet Multidose is a yellow, oral suspension containing:
- Levamisole Hydrochloride 15mg/ml
- Rafoxanide 22.5 mg/ml
- Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E218) 1 mg/ml
- Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E216) 0.1 mg/ml
- Sodium Metabisulphite (E223) 0.5 mg/ml
- Quinoline Yellow 0.09 mg/ml
Dosage & Administration:
- For oral use in cattle and sheep only.
- To be given orally at a dose rate of 7.5 mg/kg bodyweight for Levamisole. Hydrochloride, & 11.25 mg/kg bodyweight for Rafoxanide.

- 50kg – 25ml 15kg – 5ml
- 100kg – 50ml 25kg – 10ml
- 150kg – 75ml 35kg – 15ml
- 200kg – 100ml 40kg – 20ml
- 250kg – 125ml
- 300kg – 150ml
Withdrawal Period:
- Animals should not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment or for 60 days thereafter.
- Carefully estimate the live weight of animals.
- Not authorised for use in ewes producing milk for human consumption, including pregnant cattle intended to produce milk for human consumption.
- Not authorised for use in ewes producing milk for human consumption including during the dry period.
- Do not use within 1 year prior to the first lambing in ewes intended to produce milk for human consumption.
